JOB TITLE: Poly Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Staging
REPORTS TO: Spring Up Manager/Plant Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
LOCATION: Plant 3, 1620 Fisher Court, Newton NC 28658
SCHEDULE: Monday -Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, Occasional Fridays 6:00 am - 10:00 am
Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Put poly in the correct areas after receiving, marking all poly with the style.
- Put poly in the correct job after reading the ticket.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Be able to understand information on the production ticket.
- Willing to cross - train and help as needed in other areas.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Detail oriented.
- Must be able to lift/carry/handle at least 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work full time.
- Must be able to walk/stand for long period of time.
- LEAN Manufacturing a plus
- Bending, twisting, and stooping.
