Role Description The 4th Grade Teacher is a full-time, on-site role located in Queen Creek, AZ. This educator plans and delivers daily instruction aligned with curriculum standards, creating engaging lessons that support diverse learning needs in a classroom setting. Responsibilities include managing the classroom environment, assessing student progress, providing regular feedback, and maintaining accurate records of grades and attendance. The teacher communicates frequently with students, families, and colleagues to support student growth and collaborates with grade-level teams on instructional strategies and school initiatives. Additional duties may include supervising student activities, participating in professional development, and contributing to school events and programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Teaching and Elementary Education to effectively instruct and support 4th grade learners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education to design, adapt, and implement standards-based lesson plans.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, families, and staff.
- Relevant skills such as classroom management, differentiation for diverse learners, and basic technology integration are beneficial.
