Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operational Leadership: Lead morning huddles, assign technicians to service routes, review schedules, and provide field support throughout the day.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct site visits to inspect service quality, enforce safety standards, and coach technicians on best practices.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with sales to resolve service issues, identify enhancement opportunities, and serve as the escalation point for client concerns.
- Resource & Cost Management: Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage; approve timesheets; validate job costing and billing accuracy.
- Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and coach technicians; conduct performance reviews; support certification and licensing efforts.
- Strategic Planning: Communicate with leadership teams, participate in planning meetings, and oversee seasonal program execution.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (horticulture, agronomy, or related field).
- 3–5 years in lawn care, tree/shrub care, or landscape services with strong plant health care knowledge.
- 2–3 years of leadership experience managing field teams.
- Valid driver's license and pesticide applicator license required; ISA certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills in plant health care.
