What You'll Do
As the Operations Client Services Manager, you will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of maintenance customers.
- Walk client properties regularly to ensure quality and propose landscape enhancements or upsells.
- Ensure crews complete all scheduled work on time, on budget, and to company quality standards.
- Support crew leaders with scheduling, work orders, and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with the Branch Manager on pricing, proposals, and performance targets.
- Track service issues, resolve customer concerns promptly, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in training and developing field team members to improve efficiency and quality.
- 3 years of experience in the landscape or green industry (maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, or related fields).
- Proven experience managing multiple crews or property portfolios — beyond leading a single crew.
- Strong customer service and account management skills — confident meeting clients and presenting solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience selling or quoting landscape enhancements.
- Knowledge of local plant materials and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with work ticket or service management software.
