Benefits & Compensation
- $18.00–$20.00/hr. based on experience
- Commission earnings on top of base pay

- On-the-job training and licensing support
- Inspect residential and commercial properties and identify pest problems
- Apply pesticides and treatment products safely and according to label instructions
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
- Walk clients through treatment plans and answer questions clearly
- Log service records accurately after each visit
- Drive to job sites across the North Alabama area and manage your daily schedule
- Work with the team to build effective treatment plans for different environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Alabama Pesticide Applicator License — or willingness to obtain one (we provide support)
- Experience in pest control, termite or mosquito control preferred but not required
- Prior sales or upselling experience
- Insect knowledge
- Route Management experience
