Crew & Operations Management
- Prepare trucks, tools, and materials before each job
- Delegate tasks and guide your crew throughout the day
- Track labor, equipment use, and materials on job tickets
- Perform quality checks and ensure client satisfaction
- Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage
- Train and mentor crew members on landscaping techniques and equipment use
- Promote a safe, professional, and results-driven environment
- Communicate team performance and progress to supervisors
- 2 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- 1 year leading a crew or supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of landscaping best practices and safe equipment operation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in the field
- Outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions
- Physical labor including lifting, bending, and use of power tools
- Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional extended hours during peak season
