What You'll Do As Field Operations Manager
- Lead and oversee the production of approximately 10 mulch crews operating blower trucks
- Manage field operations across multiple job sites: planning routes, inspecting project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production goals
- Act as the critical link between office teams, field staff, and customers to deliver excellent service
- Travel statewide (up to two weeks at a time) to support field crews from late winter through fall
- Supervise transitions between landscape mulch in spring/summer and playground mulch/soil installs in late summer/fall
- Champion RFS's FIELD FOCUS pillars: Safety, Quality, Production, and Equipment Care
- Travel-First Culture: You'll kick off the season in Cincinnati, support peak work in Columbus, and wrap up in Northern Ohio.

- 3 years of field leadership in landscaping, construction, or commercial maintenance
- Proven track record leading teams in high-output environments
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile field tools
- Comfortable with extended overnight travel (paid lodging and meals)
- Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required
- Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
- Work on uneven terrain in all weather conditions
