JOB REQUIREMENTS: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand
or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of
tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying,
mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking,
sprinkler installation, and installation of mortar-less segmental
concrete masonry wall units. Position Overview: Landscape Technicians We
are offering a signing bonus of up to \$500.00!! American Landscape is
seeking individuals who are hard-working and interested in
Commercial/Residential Landscape Technician. These individual needs to
be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a
high-quality service. The position requires a Driver\'s License and
clean driving record. Pay is based on experience, starting at
\$15.00/hour and up. Wages are greater with experience and/or a valid
driver\'s license. Key Functions: Provide a high-quality service for our
commercial & residential maintenance and snow clients. Responsibilities
& Duties: Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a
professional appearance. Act professional when speaking to a customer.
Keep work area clean and looking professional which includes vehicle,
office area, and shop. Clock in and out daily and fill out paperwork.
Perform mowing, weeding, pruning, and other property maintenance
services to the best of your ability and ask question if there is
confusion. Equipment Service Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair
work so daily tasks can be performed. Work during the winter season in
