Rural Land / Property Showing Assistant
The Showing Assistant serves as a company liaison for American Land Exchange, meeting prospective buyers at the property, guiding them to the tract / lot, and pointing out boundary markers. This is a field-only, non-sales role.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Meet the buyer at or near the property at the scheduled time
- Guide the client across the property and identify boundary corners and perimeter lines
- Reflect ALE professionally — be punctual, courteous, and prepared
- Complete the showing within the 1-hour maximum and depart
What You Won't Be Doing:
- Discussing price, financing terms, or payment structures
- Negotiating, making offers, or closing deals
- Collecting cash money from buyers
- Representing yourself as a sales agent or employee
Properties You May Be Dispatched To:

Compensation:
- $30.00 flat fee per showing (maximum 1 hour on property)
- Fuel reimbursement calculated at $0.267/mile ($4.50/gal ÷ 15 MPG) round-trip.
This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement — not an employment position. Showings are assigned on a per-request basis with no guaranteed volume. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
