- Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses
- Monitor print jobs to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform color management and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process
- Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare printing plates
- Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow job specifications to meet client requirements
- Ensure efficient production while maintaining high standards of safety
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Flexographic Printing Operator preferred willing to train new operators in a highly demanding skilled trade
