We are Michigan’s largest operator of pawnshops and nationally known as a leader in the industry with 5 shops in the Detroit Metro area. We have been preparing for and entering a new phase of growth - focused on the continued development of existing locations and expanding to 10 stores within the next 5 years. We are focused on promoting from within but to accommodate this growth, we are looking to bring in exceptional,proven operators capable of coming into an environment of leaders, to learn, understand our industry, toand demonstrate their ability to adapt and be successful in this company.

Successful candidates:

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to quickly analyze a vast amount of information in a short period and make good, solid business decisions
• Communicate and demonstrate the ability to develop a team and future leaders through effective training, delegation and follow-up.
• Understand Profit and Loss statements with focus on managing and moving all merchandise ranging from fine jewelry to electronics to home furnishings.
• Able to report to owners and be a part of a leadership team with a focus on understanding current business trends and future business needs.
• Are currently in a management role, have a track record of success, looking for a opportunity to move to the next level

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven leadership track record in retail sales management or comparable industry
• 5 years of P&L management and responsibility for the bottom line
• Proven track record training and development highly successful team(s)
• Excellent communication skills
• Bi-lingual a plus

Salary will be commensurate with experience, placement in role and advancement will be dictated by performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
