Job Description
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT initiatives supporting Engineering Applications. This role is critical in driving the successful enterprise PLM upgrade from ENOVIA 2013x to 3DExperience 2025x and establishing a sustainable, continuous upgrade cycle across all PLM landscapes. The position also plays a strategic role in evolving portfolio management practices across Bell s IT organization.
The ideal candidate is a proven IT Project/Program Manager with expertise in aerospace & defense IT environments, capable of managing complex enterprise projects while mentoring other project managers to align with departmental objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise PLM upgrade from ENOVIA 2013x to 3DExperience 2025x, ensuring successful implementation by 2027.
Manage complex IT projects within Engineering Applications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Mentor and guide Project Managers to align goals, milestones, and execution strategies.
Develop and track project plans, schedules, risks, deliverables, and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with Bell s system development life cycle and IT processes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Enforce scope control, change management, and continuous improvement practices.
Implement strategies for continuous PLM and application upgrades.
Deliver regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Support portfolio management maturity with effective prioritization and performance tracking.
Apply SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies tailored to aerospace/defense IT projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in IT project/program management.
Proven success leading large-scale IT projects (preferably enterprise systems in aerospace/defense).
Hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools & processes.
Certifications: PMP, SAFe, RTE, or equivalent.
