Job Description
We're looking for a Crane Operator to join our team in Cleveland, OH.
What you’re responsible for:
- You will safely operating a crane to lift, move, and position metal materials within the facility
- You will be lifting and transporting metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples, and safely place them in designated areas or processing equipment
- You will be loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and load security
- You will be collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel
- You will be conducting pre and post inspections of the crane, including overall crane maintenance
- You may be asked to operator the following heavy equipment: Crane, Shear, Loader
Qualifications
To join our team:
- Crane Operator certification and/or experience is required
- Minimum of 1 years of experience operating a crane in a heavy industrial setting
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately position and handle different types of metal materials
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation and material handling
- Familiarity with various crane attachments, such as magnets or grapples
