PR ASSISTANT

A leader in the manufacturing and distribution of over 60 global beauty brands seeks a PR Assistant. You will support the PR team through the following duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing materials for events, and handling general office tasks.
• Assisting in the development of press releases, newsletters, social media content, and other PR materials.
• Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, tracking media coverage, and distributing press releases.
• Assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of PR events.
• Helping manage social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers.
• Conducting market research, monitoring media trends, and analyzing PR campaign performance.
• Tracking media coverage, compiling reports, and providing updates on PR activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting content, interacting with media, and communicating with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for proofreading content, managing data, and ensuring the smooth execution of PR activities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and media monitoring software.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts, clients, and colleagues.
