Award-winning, fast-paced, multilingual Personal Lines Insurance Agency is expanding and looking for a Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) Client Service Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Orlando, FL (32819), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.


This is NOT a sales or collections position. The role focuses on client service, renewal communication, and billing support (no collections involved).

We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and fast learner with strong organizational and analytical skills. Prior experience in insurance is a plus but not required.

All candidates must pass a background check and provide work references.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle policy renewal communications with clients
  • Send billing reminders and follow-ups
  • Process payments on carrier websites
  • Assist with Agency Management System (AMS360)
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Create and update Excel spreadsheets as needed
  • Use Outlook daily for communication and organization
  • Prepare and send letters and client communications via internal platform
  • Download and organize renewal documents from carriers into client folders
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online requests
  • Support renewal of assigned accounts
  • Assist in converting monthly payments to annual payments when applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English or Portuguese $ English) required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fast learner and good listener
  • Analytical mindset
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Must provide work references (will be verified)
  • Must pass background check
