Job Summary
Performs warehouse and backup courier duties to meet external and internal customer needs. Responsible for facilitating shipping, warehouse, and courier needs, including customer orders and issues, utilizing shipping software to generate labels and ship packages; in addition to assisting with stock and inventory within the warehouse. Serves as backup coverage to the in the house courier and operates in compliance with company polices as well as applicable Federal and State regulations.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
Performs warehouse and backup courier duties to meet external and internal customer needs. Responsible for facilitating shipping, warehouse, and courier needs, including customer orders and issues, utilizing shipping software to generate labels and ship packages; in addition to assisting with stock and inventory within the warehouse. Serves as backup coverage to the in the house courier and operates in compliance with company polices as well as applicable Federal and State regulations.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
- Schedule courier, UPS, and FedEx pickups for clients while resolving any logistics matters that may occur
- Set-up logistics services for new clients per Sales and Customer Experience request
- Run daily and weekly logistics reports
- Complete monthly expense reports
- Operate as main backup for local courier and provide coverage as needed
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry in all internal systems and advise management of identified discrepancies
- Participate and contribute to the completion of logistics projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve any supply order or logistics related issues
- Utilize shipping software to generate labels and ship outbound packages

- Education -
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Competencies/Skills -
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience -
- Previous experience with shipping and logistics software
- Preferred experience with UPS and/or FedEx operation processes
