Are you passionate about aerospace and love bringing people together?AIAA, the world's largest aerospace professional society, is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Continuing Education Intern to support our online short course program.This part-time, temporary role (approximately 20 hours/week, with flexible scheduling) offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in association professional development. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager, Continuing Education to help administer AIAA's learning management system, manage course materials, proctor zoom classes, and assist instructors and learners.This internship is ideal for undergraduate students with strong administrative and Zoom skills and an interest in the behind-the-scenes work that makes professional development courses successful.This internship will be primarily located at the AIAA office in Reston, VA, but virtual participation is possible for candidates within the United States. Housing and transportation will not be provided.What You'll Do: Proctor classes over ZoomHelp manage course materials in learning management systemProcess, edit, and upload recorded class videosConduct technical check sessions and assist instructors with course preparationsLearner customer serviceIssue course completion certificatesCreate course surveysAssist with content management cleanup effortsAssist with special projects as neededInternship Details: Flexible schedule: Expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week in a hybrid or remote setting.Dates: late January through April or May 2026.
