In this hybrid role, you'll be actively involved in all aspects of the accounting process. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Accounts Payable invoices for processing.
- Initiate and develop monthly accruals.
- Post journal entries for various areas, including Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), Revenue, and Expenses.
- Compile and analyze financial information, assist with month-end close activities, and generate reports for analysis.
- Research, track, and resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support ad hoc projects and analysis, including audit requests as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- At least 1-2 years of related accounting experience.
- Basic understanding of US GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like linked spreadsheets, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
- SAP experience is a bonus
