Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% remote position. The position involves engaging with clients to explain supplemental insurance benefits, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for managing inquiries, documentation, and updates related to insurance policies, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction. Collaboration with team members to meet sales and service goals is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer accounts and inquiries efficiently
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Basic proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer skills
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
• High school diploma (required); associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
