- Connect with members through phone and virtual appointments.

- Clearly explain available programs, options, and next steps.
- Assist members with applications, enrollment, and digital documentation.
- Provide timely follow-up and help resolve outstanding questions.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Stay up to date on program information and internal procedures.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience during every interaction.
