Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident move-ins and ensure suites are move-in ready.
- Welcome new residents and review community services and amenities.
- Follow up with residents after move-in to ensure satisfaction.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct community tours for prospective residents.
- Assist with networking and community outreach activities.
- Maintain model suites and complete required reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
