About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our senior living communities across the Florida region. This role is a key driver of workforce strategy, employee engagement, and operational performance, partnering closely with Executive Directors and leadership teams to impact occupancy, resident satisfaction, and team culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on HR leadership with strategic consulting in a multi-site environment within the growing senior living industry.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for employee relations matters
- Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
- Guide leaders on documentation, discipline, and best practices
🔹 Performance Management & Coaching
- Guide leaders on goal-setting (SMART goals) tied to business outcomes
- Facilitate performance reviews and calibration sessions
- Coach on employee development, feedback, and performance improvement plans
🔹 Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion a culture of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, and Teamwork
- Analyze engagement survey results and drive action plans
- Lead change management and culture-building initiatives
🔹 HR Analytics & Systems
- Utilize Dayforce (or HRIS) to track metrics including turnover, overtime, and engagement
- Deliver insights to improve workforce performance
- Train leaders on HR systems and reporting tools
🔹 Compensation & Retention Strategy
- Conduct market wage analysis and compensation benchmarking
- Address pay equity and compression issues
- Advise on recognition, incentive, and retention programs
🔹 Onboarding & Early Retention
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
- Lead 30-60-90 day check-ins and integration strategies
- Train leaders on HR systems, processes, and best practices
🔹 Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead regional HR projects in engagement, retention, and leadership development
- Partner with corporate HR to implement new programs and technology
What You Bring
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)✅ 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site/regional support✅ Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality strongly preferred✅ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance✅ HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher) preferred✅ Expertise in HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred) and data analytics✅ Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results in engagement, retention, and performance✅ Willingness to travel regularly within the region
