As our companies grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Care & Service Coordinator to support both brands and help us continue delivering exceptional service.
About the Role
You’ll be the welcoming voice for our customers and the key force behind keeping our service teams organized. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding home-services company.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional support
- Schedule service appointments for plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical teams
- Coordinate daily calendars and assist with dispatch
- Maintain customer records and job details in our service software
- Support office operations, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks
- Work closely with leadership as we scale into new markets

- Customer service or administrative experience (home services is a plus)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
