**Immediate need for Licensed CNAs and Certified HHAs within the St. Augustine 32092 near World Golf Village area. Available hours on the weekends from7am to 3pm and 6pm to 10pm with the opportunity for Weekday shifts. Pays Holidays**

Requirements Below

• Valid Driver's License or Photo ID
• Social Security Card or Employment Tax ID Number
• FLORIDA CNA license, or Home Health Aide Certificate (75 hours minimum training) from a Florida Dept. of Education approved program
• Level 2 background screening with ACHA fingerprints
• Physical within (6) months that states you are FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES (cannot be signed by a Chiropractor)
• CPR (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute)
• HIV/AIDS certificate (minimum 1 hour)
• Alzheimer's/Dementia Certificate (2 HOUR) approved by DOEA ONLY
• FREE Initial 1-hour DoEA ALZHEIMER'S TRAINING**https://elderaffairs.org/adrd-training/one-hour-training/**
• Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication (minimum 2 hours)
• Professional Liability Insurance -required
