Position Summary:

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client schedules and facilitating effective communication between clients and Care Providers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. The Coordinator ensures that Care Providers are appropriately matched with clients based on individual needs, qualifications, and preferences.

We are currently seeking an additional team member who isfluent in Spanish to support our growing client base and enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and refer Care Providers to client cases promptly and efficiently.
  • Secure coverage for new and open referrals in a timely manner.
  • Respond to client and Care Provider inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of all client and Care Provider interactions using the company’s in-house system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (required); bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in home care coordination, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with MatrixCare is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must successfully pass a Level II background screening.
