We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support for our accounting operations by performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and timeliness in all billing and payment/posting processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth revenue cycle operations and supporting the financial health of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
. Process and charge credit card transactions accurately and securely.
. Post client payments and adjustments to appropriate accounts in a timely manner.
. Prepare and distribute invoices via email, fax and mail in accordance with our billing
schedules.
. Assist with account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and any other accounting
duties assigned.
. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding billing and payments.
. Support the accounting team with routine administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
