About the Role
As an Enrollment Outreach Specialist, you will represent American Heritage School Worldwide in outbound calls to families who have previously engaged with our programs. You will reconnect with these families and introduce them to our newly launched part-time and full-time online private school options, share information about available funding and scholarship opportunities, and connect interested families with our admissions team for next steps-whether a personal consultation or an upcoming info session.
This is a part-time, flexible, hybrid role with a base hourly rate plus performance incentives tied to results. It's ideal for someone who is personable, self-motivated, and mission-driven-someone who gets energized talking to people and genuinely believes in the value of faith-based education.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective and former families from a provided contact list
- Invite families to attend a free weekly online info session or schedule a personal consultation
- Follow a simple, friendly call script-no high-pressure sales tactics
- Track call activity and outcomes in our CRM
- Share basic information about our programs and pricing when asked
- Hand off interested families to our admissions team for follow-up consultations

- Self-directed and task-oriented-you can work independently and hit your call goals without being micromanaged
- Organized and reliable-you document your calls accurately and follow through on commitments
- Genuine belief in what we offer at American Heritage Worldwide (you'll represent our mission on every call)
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, admissions, or phone outreach is a plus-but not required if you have the right personality and drive
ScheduleCompensation
- Hours: Flexible and part-time. We can work with your schedule.
- Location: Hybrid; Candidates with ability to be in office in Vineyard, Utah at times is preferred
- Pay: $17–$19/hr base plus performance incentives
