What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at American Heavy Plate Solutions LLC?
- Operate industrial sweeper in industrial environment
- Cleans bathrooms, offices, and any other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing.
- Restocking restrooms, lunchrooms and break areas
- Collect and remove all trash to appropriate areas
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Mixes or blend routine cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks.
- Cleans and wax floors using industrial-size mops and/or machines.
- Wash windows and walls with prescribed solutions.
- Report needs for minor building or equipment repair to supervisor.
- Report safety hazards to supervisor.
- Clean and clear entrance ways outside of buildings
- Spread snow/ice melting agents and broom/squeegee snow as directed
- Maintain safety procedures
