The Social Worker assists plans, organizes, and directs programs that facilitate the social, psychological, and physiological well-being of each resident; provides direct resident and family support; and acts as a resident advocate.
Qualifications:Social Worker Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Social work experience preferred
- Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of social services practices and procedures
