Qualifications:RN Unit Manager Qualifications:
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of the laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in a long-term care facility
- Ability to communicate effectively and work constructively with a wide variety of individuals
