We need a Director of Nursing who understands that leadership means more than policies and paperwork. Qualifications:
Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
