Qualifications:Maintenance Director Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or a regulated environment
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Troubleshooting and repair across multiple trades
- Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
- Budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work orders, preventive maintenance tracking, and reporting
