Communication and teamwork are essential to provide a safe and efficient environment for Residents with specific wants and needs.

Qualifications:Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certificate in one or more of the major trades (job experience may be substituted)
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, construction, or power plant work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
