What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food & Nutrition Aide position at AMERICAN HEALTHCARE LLC?
Heritage Hall is currently recruiting for motivated Food & Nutrition Aides. The Food & Nutrition Aide assists in all Food & Nutrition functions including food preparation, the serving of meals and are involved in the clean-up of the kitchen and serving areas. The Food & Nutrition Aide understands the importance of following health and sanitary precautions needed for food service. They also understand the importance of quality customer service when interacting with residents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior food service experience
- Prior healthcare experience
- Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions
- Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures
- Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services in a long-term care facility
- Ability to work every other weekend is required!
