Heritage Hall has an immediate opening for an Environmental Services Director. The Environmental Services Director plans, directs, and supervises the Environmental Services Department to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the facility. They maintain records of all work performed; instruct Environmental Services personnel on what duties to perform; and advise the Administrator on matters of concern to maintain compliance. The Environmental Services Director also makes regular inspections to ensure the facility is safe and sanitary.
Qualifications:Qualifications required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Virginia driver’s license
- Must have trade certification or solid background in Environmental Service/Institutional Management
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience or proven record with acceptable credentials
- Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals in both written and verbal form
