Title: Junior Sales Agent
Location : American Health Plans - Clinton Township, Michigan
American Health Plans is seeking a Health Insurance Sales Representative. We’re looking for a qualified individual that has great phone communication skills and experience in sales and/or insurance business.
Job Type: Full-time
Required experience:
Sales: 1 year
Responsibilities are, but not limited to –
Talking over the phone - presenting and selling
Customer Service
Saving deals and aiding in client retention
Required Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities –
Must be positive and enthusiastic about being part of a team
Must be passionate about taking care of the needs of others
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Typing 30 wpm
Computer skills - Word, Excel, & Outlook
Professional and persuasive phone etiquette
Career minded vision
Follow through with each client – phone calls, emails, etc.
Exceed current and prospective client expectations
Multi-tasking skills
Building relationships with clients
Qualifications
Some college or college degree, preferred
1 years of experience in Sales & the Health Insurance industry
Some weekends may be required
Salary : Base salary plus commission
