Duties
- Engage with potential clients through inside sales efforts. No call calling, all leads are provided for optimal performance
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans that align with their budgets and coverage preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the enrollment process
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date advice and maintain compliance
Required
- State of Michigan Life, Accident, & Health Producer License will be required for this role.
- We will help you in obtaining your license
Job Type
Full-time Monday through Friday (9-5) on site in Clinton Township. Some Saturdays and extended hours during peak season (Open Enrollment Nov. 1 – Dec. 15).
Pay
- Base plus Commission
