Harlequin Floors is a world wide specialty flooring company. We supply quality floors to the entertainment, education and production/events industries. Currently our American office located in Moorestown, New Jersey is searching for a Technical Manager.
The successful candidate must have a construction background, hands on or practical knowledge of flooring, detail oriented, and good communication and organizational skills.
- General knowledge of flooring installation
- Source material for projects
- Able to read Blueprints/Specifications
- Complete Flooring Bid requests
- Work with Contracts Director to provide estimates for dance floors
- Coordinate project installation scheduling
Skills
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft office, Excel, Google Docs, Sales Force
- Familiar with carpenter/flooring labor wage rates
- Work with contracts team members & sales department in product knowledge & development
- Positive attitude & friendly outlook
- Able to work under pressure, prioritizing to meet deadlines, juggling busy workload and multi-tasking
- High Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, efficiently managing own time, as well as part of a team
