Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office operations, including order placement, inventory release scheduling, and invoice creation
- Process and verify incoming information from vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain and update tracking systems for inbound shipments and vessel arrivals
- Prepare and distribute reports as required by management
- Accurately enter and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Creating and processing sawmill production runs
- Handle general administrative functions such as filing, email correspondence, and document organization
- Prepare and track invoices and shipping documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative and reporting tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior office experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
