Responsibilities:

• Act promptly and efficiently in responses, remain vigilant, monitor activities, and report any suspicious behavior.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as fires or medical incidents, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Write detailed reports outlining any security incidents or observations.
• Provide assistance to visitors and employees as needed.
• Perform regular security patrols throughout the retail store to monitor for potential risks, theft, or safety concerns.
• Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts and schedules as needed to ensure continuous security coverage.

Requirements:

• Valid guard card
• Powers to arrest certificate
• Must have License to carry Pepper Spray
• Must have License to carry Handcuffs
• Must have License to carry Baton
• Must have License to carry Taser(company assists with obtaining one)
• Must have a bulletproof vest (company assists with obtaining one)
• Valid drivers license/Identification
• 2-4 years of security guard experience
• Ability to remain standing for prolonged hours.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
