Duties May Include
- Coordinates the work assignments for all employees in areas of responsibility;
- Manages the safety and Continuous Improvement efforts within assigned area;
- Moves and manages labor to facilitate the dynamic work- flows within assigned areas;
- Review daily and weekly efficiency reports and review to ensure efficiency;
- Works with other departments to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner;
- Responsible for managerial tasks that include performance evaluations, training and policy enforcement, associate motivation and overall staff development;
