What You’ll Do

As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll make outbound calls to prospective clients, help them understand the importance of owning precious metals, and guide them through the buying process. This is a relationship-focused sales role in a high-demand industry with unlimited income potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 150 outbound calls daily to potential investors (leads provided)

- Educate prospects on gold and silver’s role in protecting wealth

- Build rapport and trust with clients to drive long-term relationships and repeat business

- Overcome objections, handle follow-ups, and close sales confidently

- Use CRM to track pipeline activity and manage relationships

- Consistently hit and exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks

- Engage in ongoing training and development with support from leadership

Who We’re Looking For

- 1 year of experience in phone-based sales, cold calling, or customer account management

- Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence

- Highly coachable, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure

- Driven by performance and income potential

- Interest in finance, economics, or investment is a plus

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

- Must be local to Houston and available for on-site work
