JOB-SITE LOCATIONS: South LA County and Orange County.
This role will be responsible for leading the entire design process and helping with the coordination of the permits approval process.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Must have experience in designing Accessory Dwelling Units in the State of California.
- Must be organized and able to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong diligence
- Must have well-developed people skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company
Compensation: Based on experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
