What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Coordinator (39461) position at AMERICAN FUJI SEAL?
This position will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve issues. This position will also be responsible for inside sales.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service while helping customer determine their after-market parts needs
• Follow up on incoming customer request for quotes, part orders, order status, etc.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
• Build strong relationships with customers and become their partner for spare parts.
• Complete necessary documents to facilitate international shipments (COI, SED, SLI)
• Receive parts daily, working alongside stockroom coordinator to correctly document stock levels
• Build knowledge of inventory and learn industrial equipment
• Create sales programs to offer to our customers
• Generate sales quotations, sales orders and shipping documents
• Report daily sales at the end of each work day to the department lead and inform accounting
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
- Two years minimum prior experience in customer service, sales or sales support
- BS/BA degree, preferred
- Technical/Mechanical understanding a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative and idea-driven
- Proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on quality of work
- Time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Salary : $57,120 - $72,828
