Electro mechanical Technician to support, maintain, and improve the performance of complex electromechanical systems and equipment. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and electronic expertise to ensure optimal operation of machinery and production systems. The technician will play a critical role in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

The technician will play a critical role in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with regular preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving mechanical assemblies, PLCs, motors, sensors, relays, and control panels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to repair and install equipment.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to support production goals and ensure equipment uptime.
- Install new machinery and perform system upgrades as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance software (CMMS).
- Willingness to be on call or work occasional off-hours, depending on operational needs.
