AFIC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Guide customers through the initial claims process with clarity and empathy
- Accurately enter and maintain confidential customer data
- Resolve routine inquiries while escalating complex issues appropriately
- Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity expectations
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- 1 year of customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear, confident phone communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
