Overview


We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and sales management, with a proven track record in technology sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop innovative sales and marketing strategies, and expand our customer base.


This position is best suited for a candidate who has prior experience working in this field and has already served in a sales or sales leadership role.

Responsibilities


Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve company sales objectives and revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.

Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to enhance team capabilities.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aligned with sales initiatives.

Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to track sales activities, manage leads, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Identify new business development opportunities by researching industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and clearly demonstrating product value and solutions.

Skills & Qualifications


Proven experience in outside sales and B2B sales environments.

Demonstrated success in sales management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Strong background in technology sales, with the ability to understand and communicate technical products or services.

Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills that foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.
