American Food Systems, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and diligent Maintenance Worker to join the team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems at the restaurant locations. Would prefer someone who has experience with restaurant equipment

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform, administer, and document preventive maintenance programs.
- Perform all maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within the restaurant in an effort to meet and exceed established standards.
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- Work directly with the owner to identify and accomplish all technical projects within the restaurant including but not limited to the following:
Perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry projects.
Assist in HVAC unit repair projects.
Preventative maintenance (caulking, tile, painting, plumbing, carpeting, etc.).
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment/refrigeration.
- Determine needs for contract repair/service.
- Overall building maintenance
Willingness to respond to emergency situations on short notice.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
