Job Summary: This is a part time position, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, starting at 730 am. The Fulfillment Center Associate works on the forefront of our operation directly impacting our customer and their customers. Associates do a wide range of warehouse functions to include arrivals or unloading, receiving, stowing, counting, picking, packing, shipping, problem solving and inventorying.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Works with Fulfillment Leads to understand and meet daily order expectations.
- Ability to follow directions, self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Performs a variety of duties across varying functions including unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, inventorying, and counting.
- Understands and follows all Standard Operating Procedures and adheres to all safety rules and procedures through compliance of all company, local, state and federal mandates or programs.
- Acts with a positive professional attitude and poses a Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintains Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and superior quality standards.
- Flexibility is required. While this position is located in our fulfillment center in Morganton, NC, we are a small team and are often called upon to temporarily support our mission by lending a hand in one of our other facilities (plant and kitchen - all within close proximity).

Job Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High School Education or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience a plus, but not required.
- Pallet Jack and Electric Pallet Jack experience a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to read and speak English, perform basic math functions and works well with others.
- Must possess full range of body motion including ability to regularly push, pull squat, bend, stoop, twist, grasp, lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hour shift.
- Must be able to work in a loud and cold environment (45ºF, 4ºC).
- Must have the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours, as needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
