We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with basic accounting functions. This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate records and well-organized files
- Support bookkeeping and month-end accounting tasks
- Perform other office and accounting-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative and/or accounting experience preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (QuickBooks experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
